Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of our site and your orders with us.
Effective June 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the All Chefs Supplies, Inc. website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Orders & Quotes
Product listings and quotes are invitations to order, not binding offers. All orders are subject to acceptance and to product availability. We may decline or limit any order, and we will contact you if an item you ordered is unavailable. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
Pricing
Prices are shown per case or per unit as indicated on each listing and are quoted in U.S. dollars. Pricing is subject to change without notice, and certain items are quote-only. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless expressly stated. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and refund any amount paid.
Payment & Accounts
Payment is due at the time of order unless Net-30 terms have been approved for your account. Approved accounts agree to pay invoices within 30 days of the invoice date. We may suspend or revoke account terms for past-due balances.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders as noted at checkout. Please inspect all shipments on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened cases in original packaging, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Product Use
Products are sold for professional food-service and presentation use. Please observe each product’s stated temperature ranges and care instructions. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your intended application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Chefs Supplies, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that the product’s manufacturer extends to you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
